DAVE SHANNON SMITH, CEO
Dave is a founding partner of dss360solutions ltd. specializing in compliance, operations consulting and other facilitation services. Dave is the former Executive Director of the Securities Commission of The Bahamas (‘SCB') and Managing Director of The Bahamas Development Bank. With over 40+ years’ experience in financial services he has held senior management positions with “marquee” institutions.
Dave has undertaken national service as Deputy Chairman of the National Insurance Board, Chairman of HoldingCo2015 Ltd, Director of Be Aliv Limited, Board Member and Chair of the Public Hospital Authority’s Audit and Deputy Chair of the Finance Committees, Executive Vice President, Treasurer, Lecturer and Fellow of The Bahamas Institute of Financial Services (FBIS) and a Member of The Bahamas Association of Compliance Officers (BACO).
Dave is a Certified Public Accountant and holds both Bachelor and Master’s degrees in business administration from Taylor University, Upland, Indiana. He holds diplomas in Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering from the International Compliance Association in conjunction with the Manchester Business School along with being a Bahamas Certified Compliance Professional, Justice of the Peace and an is designated an Accredit Director by the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada.
Dave enjoys running marathons and reading in his spare time and possesses a mischievous sense of humor.

DENISE O'BRIEN, COO
Denise is the former Manager of Inspections of the Securities Commission of The Bahamas ("SCB').
Denise qualified as an accountant with a Big Four firm, working in London and The Bahamas auditing financial service firms. After auditing, she gained experience in private banking; specifically trust, corporate and mutual funds. Since 2000, she has focused on compliance, with experience in financial services and the regulatory environment.
In addition to being a Fellowship with the Chartered Association of Certified Accounts, Denise holds a LLB Hons. from University of London.
DIANE PINDLING, CFO
Diane Pindling is a Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Claymore Group of Companies.
Prior to accepting this position in 2008, Mrs. Pindling served as the CFO of a bank and trust company, and the CEO of a fund administration company.
From 1993 to 1999, Mrs. Pindling headed the Funds Department of Coutts & Co. (now SG Hambros Bank & Trust (Bahamas) Limited) where her responsibilities also included new business development and marketing the services of the company in Europe, the United States and Latin America. Before her employment with Coutts, Mrs. Pindling spent six years in the audit division of KPMG Nassau. She is a Chartered Accountant - a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants, a founding member of the Bahamas Association of Fund Administrators and a former director of The Bahamas Financial Services Board.
She is a Past President of The Links Incorporated, a Director of The Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation and serves as an officer of The Boys’ Brigade.
